Our client is a highly successful and rapidly growing commercial insurance agency situated in Sussex County, NJ. They are in search of a licensed Account Manager with at least 3 years of experience in servicing commercial business.
General:
- Candidates must possess strategic thinking abilities and value honesty and integrity. They must also have an unwavering commitment to client satisfaction.
- Responsibilities include servicing all aspects of an assigned portfolio of commercial lines businesses.
- Experience in daily client interaction is required.
- Knowledge in rate-making and underwriting is essential.
Requirements:
- A valid insurance license is required.
- Proficiency in insurance terminology, insurance protection, rating, and available insurance markets is expected.
- Experience in effectively managing staff to handle workflow and resolve daily issues is preferred.
- Exceptional organization and time-management skills are necessary.
- Must be organized and have the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
- Highly self-motivated, with a positive attitude and a proactive problem-solving approach.
- Proficiency in computer applications, especially Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook is required.
- Preference given to candidates with experience using Applied Tam.
- Professional designations such as CIC, CRM, ARM, CPCU, AAI are a plus.
Compensation:
- Compensation is based on experience.
- Additional supplemental pay in the form of bonuses and commissions is available.
