Commercial Insurance Account Manager

As part of their expansion, they are seeking a licensed and experienced Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join their dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:

Client Management: Act as the main point of contact for an assigned portfolio of commercial insurance clients, handling all aspects of client servicing professionally and efficiently.

Strategic Planning: Apply strategic thinking to anticipate client needs and offer customized insurance solutions.

Daily Interaction: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance on insurance products on a daily basis.

Rate-Making and Underwriting: Demonstrate expertise in rate-making and possess a general understanding of underwriting processes to effectively support client needs.

Staff Coordination: Manage and collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and resolve day-to-day operational challenges.
Requirements:

Licensing: Must hold a valid insurance license.

Industry Expertise:

Proficient in insurance terminology, protection solutions, and the application of policies to meet client needs.

Familiarity with rating processes and available insurance markets.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in servicing commercial clients.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Familiarity with Applied TAM software preferred.

Professional Designations:
