Corporate Litigation Associate
Location: Chicago, IL
A prestigious global law firm with over a century of experience is in search of a Corporate Litigation Associate with 2-3 years of litigation background to join their Commercial Litigation practice group in Chicago. (Hybrid)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for drafting briefs and motions, managing fact and expert discovery, and participating in deposition and trial preparation.
- Must possess strong interpersonal, communication, research, analysis, and writing skills, along with a history of academic and professional achievement.
- Take on significant responsibility in overseeing cases and maintain a proactive role with clients, opposing counsel, and the judiciary.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active and in good standing bar membership in Illinois.
- Submission of a cover letter, resume, law school transcript, and writing sample is necessary for consideration.
The salary for this position ranges from $235,000 to $360,000, based on experience and qualifications. Comprehensive benefits package available for you and your eligible family members.
