Job Description:

1. We are seeking a Building Project Supervisor with experience in working with asphalt and concrete.
2. This position will cover projects across Tennessee, North Mississippi, Alabama, and Southern Kentucky.
3. The Project Manager will have a personal work truck and spending card provided.
4. Relocation assistance is available with a 90/180/365 day payout schedule.

About the Role:

As the Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of asphalt and concrete construction projects, including budget management, scheduling, quality control, and team performance. Collaboration with leadership, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers is key to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.

We are looking for someone with a proactive attitude, problem-solving skills, and a strong leadership mindset. Excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage budgets and P&L responsibility for assigned projects
• Coordinate project setup and scheduling from preconstruction to completion
• Oversee RFIs, submittals, meetings, and change orders
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
• Track project financials, labor, and production data
• Build relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance internal processes

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of commercial asphalt and concrete project management experience
• 6+ years of overall construction experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Detail-oriented with a focus on cost control and schedule integrity
• Ability to lead and collaborate effectively with diverse teams
• Excellent problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
