Position: Construction - Technical Product Manager
Location: Portland, OR
A company that specializes in AI solutions for the construction industry is seeking a Technical Project Manager for their Intel project in Portland, Oregon. This is an onsite position for 4 days a week, no remote work.
The ideal candidate must have experience in the construction industry, particularly with large projects (not residential). Experience overseeing large-scale construction projects is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Lead the relationship, implementation, and success for the company's large customers
Identify ways to maximize the platform's value for clients
Map unique needs critical to making the solution the focal point of the company's processes
Efficiently handle onboarding of new users
Drive seamless adoption of the technology, including training on-site users
Ensure smooth operations of the project and act as the primary point of contact for the project team
Communicate information to relevant internal teams for action
Collaborate with internal project managers to configure the system for specific projects
Gain insights from data and user feedback to influence product roadmap and features
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in an engineering or relevant field, or equivalent experience
Experience as a virtual design and construction manager is a plus
Experience in engineering or construction project management
At least 3 years of experience working on large construction projects
Experience working in a construction technology company is a plus
Passionate about construction and its potential with advanced technologies
Strong analytical and technical skills with proficiency in construction models and project scheduling software
Experience with technology, software, and cloud-based systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organization and presentation skills
