This position is available due to company and product line expansion, presenting a great opportunity for career development. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties and responsibilities:
  • Developing product specifications and designs using CAD and SolidWorks
  • Identifying and implementing improvements for electronic products
  • Working with IoT technology
  • Contributing to the integration of IoT in devices
  • Working with consumer electronics products that have potential life-saving applications
  • Participating in discussions regarding the company's product direction
  • Collaborating with a team of test lab engineers, mechanical engineers, technicians, and product development engineers
  • Collaborating with attorneys to address patent considerations
  • Assisting in the patent process
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
  • At least two years of experience in consumer product development
  • Exposure to Printed Circuit Board Assembly for at least one year
  • Familiarity with IoT technologies for at least one year
  • Knowledge of Electromagnetic Compatibility and Electromagnetic Interference
  • Understanding of Radio Frequency and wireless communication
  • Experience with EDA Tools for Printed Circuit Board Assembly
  • A consistent work history
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or possess a green card
  • Residence within a 45-minute commute of Chippewa Falls
