Salary: $100-125K plus bonus
Job Summary:
The Financial Administrator will be responsible for driving operational KPI's and ensuring profitability. They will assess the impact of accounting standards on all business activities and oversee the accounting department.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the accounting department, including internal and external financial statements, audits, and budgets
- Ensure timely and accurate financial closes and prepare operating and financial reports
- Analyze and interpret financial information
- Process accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, cash control, and payroll compliance
- Assist with annual budgets and cash forecasting
- Lead a team of accounting professionals
- Establish and maintain systems and controls
- Participate in monthly business reviews
- Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual close
- Coordinate and lead the annual audit process
- Prepare reports for regulatory agencies
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance
- 10+ years of experience in accounting and finance, preferably in multi-site manufacturing
- In-depth knowledge of accounting and financial analysis
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Advanced critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Demonstrated skills in independent decision making
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well in teams and facilitate group discussions
