Join our team as a Coordinator of Large Orders and Key Accounts Service Representative at our Omaha, Nebraska office! This role involves overseeing large orders exceeding $50,000 from initial stages to completion. You will be responsible for managing key accounts, starting with our most significant global client. Your tasks will include entering and managing all their orders, creating parts quotes, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure the prompt and accurate fulfillment of orders. You will also handle problem-solving, manage complaints, and maintain all communication records in our CRM system.

Qualifications of the Services Coordinator of Large Orders & Key Accounts:

  • Experience in managing large customers or key accounts
  • Customer service experience
  • Preferably an associate or bachelor's degree in Business, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Teams
  • Ability to handle and manage a high volume of projects
  • Experience with ERP and CRM systems
  • SAP experience is a plus
  • Ability to type at least 50 words per minute with high accuracy
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to efficiently manage multiple projects
  • Must be able to work at a fast pace
  • Availability to work in-office five days a week (Monday through Friday)

Responsibilities of the Services Coordinator of Large Orders & Key Accounts:

Management of Large Orders (Exceeding $50,000): The candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end management of orders exceeding $50,000. This includes developing and executing detailed project plans, setting deadlines, monitoring and documenting progress, and entering all relevant communications into the CRM system, particularly for order follow-ups. Effective management of project scope, scheduling, and cost variations is essential.

Management of Key Accounts: The candidate will gradually assume responsibility for Key Accounts as workload permits, starting with the largest global account. Duties include entering and managing all customer purchase orders, performing quoting activities, liaising with various departments (MRP Controllers, Shipping Department, and Freight Carriers) to ensure timely and accurate order execution, communicating order status to customers, addressing and resolving issues, managing product returns, logging customer complaints or concerns in the CRM system, and providing necessary documentation throughout the order process.
