Tax and Estates Lawyer
Location: Salt Lake City, UT
Please note: This position is for a Tax and Estates Lawyer who will be required to work on-site at the Salt Lake City, UT office five days a week. Relocation is an option.

Job Description:
- Create and revise Estate Planning documents to safeguard clients' assets and facilitate their transfer efficiently.
- Develop and analyze entity formation documents for LLCs, Corporations (both for- and non-profit), LPs, and other entities.
- Draft, evaluate, and negotiate contracts that fulfill clients' legal and business requirements.
- Act as general counsel to business owners, providing strategic advice and legal direction on various issues.
- Conduct legal due diligence and provide strategic advice to clients for navigating complex transactions and planning.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active bar admission and ability to practice law.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in legal practice, focusing on estate planning and business transactions.
- Strong team player with effective collaboration skills in a team setting.
- Excellent research and analytical abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in legal administrative tasks, including document management and organization.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
