What they’re seeking:
•Must have American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) registration. CT registry (ARRT) preferred.
•Ohio Department of Health Radiologic License is required.
•BLS certification within 30 days of employment is a must.
Hours and compensation:
•Full-time position on 2nd shift. Initially 5-8hr days (3pm-11pm) with potential to switch to 4-10hr days. Rotating weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts.
•Hourly pay ranges from $29-$42 depending on experience. Shift differential of $3.25/hr.
•Comprehensive benefits package with a sign-on bonus.
Responsibilities:
•Perform CT procedures to generate diagnostic images. Provide patient care and education related to procedures.
•Conduct routine and emergent CT procedures using imaging equipment, accessories, and contrast agents. Adhere to radiation safety standards and department protocols.
•Prepare patients and exam rooms for imaging procedures. Assist patients with appropriate attire. Create a comfortable, welcoming environment for patients, offering education to both patients and their families regarding imaging procedures.
•Maintain manual and computerized records, perform data entry and clerical tasks as needed. Manage department supplies by ordering and stocking accordingly.
•Ensure equipment quality control procedures are followed, perform routine cleaning and maintenance, and report malfunctions promptly. Provide coverage for general Radiology procedures and be available for on-call duties outside of regular hours.
