The Senior Principal Digital Signal Processing (DSP) Software Engineer will join an innovative team focused on solving complex problems and achieving meaningful results. This role requires effective collaboration within multi-disciplinary engineering teams, emphasizing communication and innovation.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, with a focus on Digital Signal Processing, Communication Theory, or Wireless Communications, and at least 5 years of relevant experience. Alternatively, a Master's degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and model cutting-edge signal processing algorithms for complex HW/SW systems.
- Evaluate performance of signal processing solutions.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in C/C++ software development on Unix/Linux operating systems.
- Utilize software development tools, including integrated development environments, version control systems, and defect reporting tools.
- Implement signal processing algorithms on GPUs.
Preferred Qualification:
- Hold Department of Defense TS/SCI security clearance at the time of hire. Willingness to obtain a TS/SCI clearance within a reasonable timeframe from date of hire.
