Requirements:

  • Must have a consistent work history with no more than 3 jobs in the past 10 years.
  • This is a hybrid role, but you must be present in the office at least 3 days per week.
  • Ability to commute to Stamford, CT within a reasonable distance (Fairfield and Westchester County).

Responsibilities:

  • The Business Growth Manager will be responsible for identifying potential accounts, devising an account entry strategy, conducting a prospecting campaign, building relationships, and understanding the critical business strategies of customers. Additionally, you will collaborate with a team of subject matter experts to create and execute a solution that aligns with the customer's business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 10 years of direct B2B sales experience, targeting Fortune 1000 companies.
  • Demonstrated success in new business development within the professional services industry.
  • Proven experience in handling large volume sales ($250k or more per sale).
  • Familiarity with varying sales cycles, ranging from three to six to twelve months.
  • A track record of career stability with a maximum of three jobs in the last ten years.
  • Compensation primarily through highly leveraged commissions and bonuses.
  • Proven ability to increase revenue through lead generation.

Compensation Opportunity:

Your earning potential is uncapped and based on your performance. We offer a competitive base salary of $135K in addition to commissions and a bonus linked to fiscal year revenue and profitability.
