Key Responsibilities
- The Chief Revenue Officer will be accountable for identifying potential accounts, formulating an approach plan, executing targeted outreach, establishing connections, comprehending customers' crucial business strategies, and collaborating with subject matter experts to devise and implement solutions aligning with customers' objectives.
Desired Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- A minimum of ten years of direct B2B sales experience targeting Fortune 1000 companies
- A successful history of developing new business by selling professional services
- Experience managing high-value sales transactions (minimum of $250k per sale)
- Familiarity with sales cycles of varying durations (ranging from three to six to twelve months)
- Steady career progression with a maximum of three positions held within the last ten years
- Compensation structure heavily reliant on commissions and bonuses
- A demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth through lead generation
Compensation Package
The earning potential is uncapped and tied to individual performance. The Chief Revenue Officer will receive a base salary of $135K plus generous commission and bonus based on the organization's fiscal year revenue generation and profitability.
