Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 10 years of B2B sales experience, targeting Fortune 1000 companies
- Demonstrated success in new business development with professional services
- Experience in high-value sales ($250k+ per sale)
- Familiarity with different sales cycles (three to six to twelve months)
- A history of career stability with a maximum of three jobs in the last ten years
- Compensation driven by commissions and bonuses
- Proven track record in generating leads and increasing revenue
Compensation:
Your compensation will not be capped and will be based on your performance. We offer a base salary of $135K plus commission and a bonus tied to fiscal year revenue production and profitability.
Additional Information:
- Must have a stable career history with no more than 3 jobs in the past 10 years
- This is a hybrid role, but you must be in the office at least 3 days per week
- You need to live within a commutable distance to St. Louis, Missouri (Clayton is the office location)
