Business Growth Manager
We are in need of a Business Growth Manager who can deliver results.

Specializing in services such as employee engagement, customer loyalty, sales incentives, and channel partner programs, our goal is to drive better outcomes by motivating and engaging employees, customers, and partners.
Looking for a candidate with a consistent work history - no more than 3 roles in the last decade. This role is hybrid, with a requirement to be in-office at least 3 days weekly.
Must be located in the greater Milwaukee area.
Responsibilities
- The Business Growth Manager will be tasked with identifying potential accounts, creating entry strategies, conducting prospecting campaigns, building relationships, understanding customer business strategies, and collaborating with a team to develop and execute solutions to achieve client objectives.
Qualifications
- Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 10 years experience in B2B sales targeting Fortune 1000 companies
- Proven track record of new business development in professional services
- Experience in high volume sales (minimum $250k per sale)
- Experience with various sales cycles (3-12 months)
- Stable job history with a maximum of three roles in the past decade
- Compensation structure includes lucrative commissions and bonuses
- Demonstrated ability to increase revenue through lead generation
Compensation Package
Uncapped compensation based on performance, offering a base salary of $135K plus commission and bonuses tied to revenue and profitability goals.
