Business Development Manager
We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Business Development Manager.
Join a reputable global company that specializes in providing engagement solutions to top F500 businesses. Our services focus on employee engagement, customer loyalty, sales incentives, and channel partner programs. Our mission is to help companies inspire and engage their employees, customers, and partners to drive better outcomes.
We are looking for someone with a consistent work history - no more than 3 jobs in the last 10 years. This is a hybrid position, but requires presence in the office at least 3 days a week.

Responsibilities
- The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying potential accounts, developing account entry strategies, conducting prospecting campaigns, building relationships, understanding customer business strategies, and collaborating with subject matter experts to deliver solutions that align with customer objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 10 years of direct B2B sales experience with Fortune 1000 companies
- Proven track record of new business development in professional services
- Experience with high-value sales ($250k or more per sale)
- Ability to navigate various sales cycles (3 to 6 to 12 months)
- Stable career history with no more than three jobs in the last decade
- Compensation based on commission and bonuses
- Demonstrated ability to increase revenue through lead generation
Compensation Package
Our compensation package is uncapped and dependent on your performance. We offer a base salary of $135K plus commission and bonuses tied to annual revenue production and profitability.
