Requirements

Responsibilities
- The role of Business Development Director entails identifying potential accounts, formulating an account entry strategy, executing prospecting campaigns, cultivating relationships, comprehending critical business strategies of customers, and collaborating with subject matter experts to design and implement customized solutions that fulfill customer objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- A minimum of 10 years of direct B2B sales experience targeting Fortune 1000 companies.
- A proven track record of generating new business and selling professional services.
- Successfully closed high-value deals (sales of $250k or more).
- Familiarity with various sales cycles ranging from three to six to twelve months.
- A stable employment history with a maximum of three jobs within the past ten years.
- A significant portion of compensation obtained through commission and performance-based bonuses.
- Demonstrated ability to increase revenue through lead generation.
Compensation Opportunity
Compensation is uncapped and based on individual performance. Includes a base salary of $135K plus commission and a bonus tied to revenue production and profitability for the fiscal year.
