Strategic Partnerships Director

Location: Des Moines, IA

Our client is seeking a Strategic Partnerships Director in Des Moines, IA. They are a global leader in providing solutions that drive measurable results for clients worldwide. This includes sales incentives and engagement for employees, channels, and customers.

The Strategic Partnerships Director will be responsible for identifying potential business opportunities, developing relationships, and understanding the critical business strategies of customers within their accounts. They will then collaborate with subject matter experts to create and execute solutions that help achieve the customer's business objectives.


  • Must be currently located in Des Moines, IA, as this is a hybrid role requiring office presence.
  • Minimum of seven years of direct B2B sales experience, specifically calling on F500 companies. Must have no more than 3 jobs in the past 10 years.
  • Demonstrable history of new business development selling marketing solutions or professional business services.
  • Proven success in prospecting and growing revenue in large accounts.
  • Experience with large volume sales ($250k plus per sale).
  • Familiarity with a broad range of sales cycles (three to six to twelve months).
  • Compensation derived through highly leveraged commissions and bonuses.
  • Four-year college degree is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products is required; proficiency with web, SaaS, and mobile applications is a plus.

Base Salary for this position is $135K plus commissions (175k-225k 1st year OTE).
