Responsibilities
- The role of the Business Development Manager includes identifying potential accounts, formulating an entry strategy for each account, carrying out prospecting campaigns, fostering relationships, comprehending customers' critical business strategies, and collaborating with a team of subject matter experts to devise and implement solutions that align with customers' business goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 10 years of direct B2B sales experience targeting Fortune 1000 companies
- Proven track record of cultivating new business and selling professional services
- Experience with high-value sales (sales amounting to $250k or above)
- Proficiency in managing sales cycles of various durations (ranging from three to six to twelve months)
- Demonstrated career stability, with a maximum of three jobs held in the past ten years
- Compensation based on a commission and bonus structure
- Demonstrated success in generating leads and increasing revenue
Compensation Opportunity
Uncapped compensation based on performance. Includes a base salary of $135K plus commission and a bonus linked to revenue production and profitability for the fiscal year.
