Responsibilities:
- The Business Development Director will be responsible for identifying potential accounts, devising an account entry strategy, conducting prospecting campaigns, building relationships, understanding customers' critical business strategies, and collaborating with subject matter experts to develop and implement tailored solutions to achieve customers' business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- At least ten years of direct B2B sales experience, targeting Fortune 1000 companies
- A proven track record of generating new business by selling professional services
- Experience in successfully closing large volume sales ($250k+ per sale)
- Proficiency in managing a variety of sales cycles (ranging from three to six to twelve months)
- Consistent history of career stability (maximum three jobs in the past decade)
- Compensation derived through highly leveraged commissions and bonuses
- Demonstrated ability to increase revenue through lead generation
Compensation Opportunity:
Compensation is uncapped and based on individual performance. We offer a base salary of $135K plus commission and a bonus tied to fiscal year revenue production and profitability.
