Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in sales and business development, specifically within the off-highway and truck industry.
  • Demonstrated history of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
  • Thorough understanding of the off-highway and truck industry and its major players.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to cultivate and maintain client and industry partner relationships.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing sales teams.
