About the Role:

Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and expand a robust network of industry contacts to facilitate strategic alliances and business prospects.
  • Lead the sales team in devising and implementing sales strategies that exceed revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of exceptional service quality to our clients.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive activities to remain ahead of industry developments.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and contracts to potential clients.
  • Oversee sales performance, providing comprehensive reports and insights to senior management.
  • Represent the company at industry-specific events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our services and increase brand recognition.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 7 years' experience in sales and business development, specifically within the oil and gas industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently surpass sales targets.
  • Thorough understanding of the oil and gas industry and its key players.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to establish and maintain strong client and industry stakeholder relationships.
