Roles and Responsibilities

  • The Business Development Director will be responsible for identifying potential client accounts, formulating an account entry strategy, conducting the prospecting campaign, building relationships, comprehending the client's crucial business strategies, and collaborating with a team of subject matter experts to develop and implement a solution that achieves the client's business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • A minimum of 10 years of direct B2B sales experience dealing with Fortune 1000 companies.
  • Proven track record of developing new business and selling professional services.
  • Experience in high-value sales ($250k or above per sale).
  • Proficiency in managing a variety of sales cycles (ranging from three to six to twelve months).
  • History of career stability with a maximum of three positions held in the past decade.
  • Compensation structure heavily based on commissions and bonuses.
  • Achieved demonstrated success in increasing revenue through lead generation.

Compensation Package

Compensation is uncapped and linked to performance. We offer a base salary of $135K along with commissions and a bonus tied to annual revenue production and profitability.
