Responsibilities
- The Business Growth Manager will be tasked with identifying potential accounts, formulating an account entry strategy, executing prospecting efforts, building relationships, comprehending customer business strategies, and collaborating with subject matter experts to devise and implement solutions to achieve customer business goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 10 years direct B2B sales experience targeting Fortune 1000 companies.
- Proven track record of new business development in professional services sales.
- Experience in high-volume sales ($250k+ per sale).
- Familiarity with diverse sales cycles (three to six to twelve months).
- Steady career progression, with a maximum of three jobs in the last decade.
- Compensation structured around commissions and bonuses.
- Demonstrated ability to increase revenue through lead generation.
Compensation Opportunity
Uncapped compensation based on performance. Offering a base salary of $135K plus commission and bonus tied to fiscal year revenue and profitability.
