Key Responsibilities
- The Business Development Director will be responsible for identifying potential clients, devising an effective account entry strategy, executing prospecting campaigns, building relationships, understanding the customer's crucial business strategies, and collaborating with subject matter experts to develop and implement solutions that meet the customer's business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- A minimum of 10 years of direct B2B sales experience, targeting Fortune 1000 companies.
- Demonstrated success in new business development, particularly in selling professional services.
- Proven track record of handling high-value sales (minimum of $250k per sale).
- Experience managing diverse sales cycles, ranging from three to six to twelve months.
- Stable career history, with a maximum of three jobs in the last ten years.
- Compensation primarily based on commissions and bonuses.
- Strong evidence of revenue growth through lead generation.
Compensation Package
Uncapped compensation plan that is performance-driven. Base salary offered is $135K, along with commission and bonus tied to annual revenue production and profitability.
