Job Description:
The FP&A Director will play a vital role in the finance team, overseeing all aspects of financial planning, reporting, data analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and cost management in Honolulu, HI. This position is crucial for creating monthly/quarterly forecasts, annual budgets, and reports for publicly filed 10-Q & 10-K, while adhering to GAAP standards. As a trusted partner to business leaders, the FP&A Director will offer valuable financial insights and support, enabling management to make informed, data-driven decisions and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- 5-10 years of experience
- Experience in manufacturing is essential
- Proficient in financial modeling, forecasting, and cost analysis
- Experience with ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced proficiency in Excel; knowledge of Hyperion Planning and JET reporting is a plus
- Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills (ability to anticipate and address issues proactively)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with senior executives and cross-functional teams
- Strong leadership abilities
Willingness to travel periodically to Honolulu, HI is required
