• Bachelors or PharmD required.
• At least 3 years of acute care/hospital leadership experience.
• Able to obtain NV Pharmacist License within 3 months of hire.

• The position is full time.
• The range is between $145K-$175K depending on experience.
• The facility offers a full benefit package and will discuss a relocation/sign-on bonus.

• Leading a team of professionals dedicated to delivering compassionate, high quality patient care.
• Developing and implementing departmental goals, plans, and standards.
• Directing and evaluating departmental operations, including patient care delivery, information technologies, and complaint management.
• Planning and monitoring staffing activities, including hiring, evaluation, and disciplinary actions.
• Preparing, monitoring, and evaluating departmental budgets, and ensuring compliance with allocated funding.
• Creating an environment that encourages professional growth.
• Integrating evidence-based practices into operations and clinical protocols.
• Acting as the "Managing Pharmacist" responsible for compliance with state and federal laws and regulations relating to the operation of the pharmacy and practice of pharmacy.
