- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related discipline is required
- 7+ years of hands-on mastery of HACCP, USDA, and SQF compliance programs
- 5+ years of leadership experience in a USDA-regulated food processing environment
- Proven success managing and mentoring quality teams in a fast-paced, high-standards manufacturing environment
- $130,000 base salary
- Full-time, permanent W-2 employee

- 100% onsite role (no remote)

In This Role, You Will:
- Lead and mentor the Quality and Regulatory teams while fostering a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement
- Oversee all QA programs, including SQF, USDA, HACCP, and internal quality systems
- Manage audits, customer complaints, product holds, and corrective actions
- Drive process improvements through data analysis and cross-functional collaboration
- Support new product development and staff development through training and coaching
The Ideal Candidate Will Bring:
- A Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related discipline
- 7+ years of experience in food manufacturing or packaging, with at least 5 years in a senior QA/QC leadership capacity
- Demonstrated experience working in USDA-regulated environments
- Strong knowledge of SQF systems, HACCP principles, and regulatory compliance
- PCQI certification preferred
- A proactive, collaborative leadership style and excellent communication skills
- A stable work history and a commitment to quality and food safety excellence
- Residency within 45 minutes of DePere, WI
