HVAC Sales Manager

Location: Dallas, TX

Overview:

The HVAC Sales Manager oversees and directs sales operations in the Dallas, TX area. The main objective of this role is to drive revenue and establish Our Client as a leader in the industry by providing effective leadership and maximizing sales. The HVAC Sales Manager will build and manage a team of Regional Sales Representatives who will lead sales efforts in their respective regions.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure maximum sales and profitability, positioning Our Client as an industry leader.
  • Directly manage the sales activities of Regional Sales Representatives.
  • Obtain the highest market share and sales revenue in accordance with established sales policies and programs.
  • Develop strategies to penetrate new accounts and secure dealerships.
  • Establish clear targets for direct reports, providing a clear vision and direction to achieve these targets.
  • Act as a host and representative at dealer meetings, conferences, incentive trips, and similar events.
  • Attend necessary training courses to acquire skills, meet customer needs and expectations, and stay up-to-date with technical developments and product line changes.
  • Assist in resolving customer relations issues with dealers and end-users.
  • Oversee the quality of customer service provided to dealers.
  • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts.
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and threats to the core business.
  • Travel with Regional Sales Representatives to achieve division goals.
  • Perform other assigned duties.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5-10 years of progressive senior sales leadership experience with demonstrated results.
  • Proficiency in HVAC wholesale distribution preferred but not required.
  • 3-5 years of experience in residential and commercial contractor relationships.
  • Proven success in managing and mentoring sales employees and setting sales goals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales and market data and provide real-time solutions.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

· Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office products.

· Ability to travel within the division up to 80% of the time.

· Proficient in speaking, reading, and understanding English to comply with safety standards, training, policies, and procedures.
