Sales Director - Medical Technology Compliance
Location: Chicago, IL
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Sales Director who specializes in Medical Technology Compliance. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business development and revenue growth across North America. Your main focus will be on strengthening relationships with existing clients and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Global Engineering and R&D services or Quality and Regulatory consulting, and a genuine passion for sales and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve profitable revenue growth in the MedTech sector.
- Expand and maintain relationships with existing clients, while identifying new opportunities for our Quality & Regulatory services.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that sales efforts align with company objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their regulatory and quality needs in the MedTech industry.
- Lead various business development initiatives, including client meetings, negotiations, and proposals.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including delivery, marketing, and leadership, to ensure successful client engagements.
- Travel across North America as required for client meetings, industry events, and business expansion efforts.
Minimum Requirements:
- At least 10 years of experience in Global Engineering and R&D services or Quality and Regulatory consulting within the MedTech industry.
- Demonstrated experience in a sales, business development, or client management role.
- A solid understanding of Quality & Regulatory standards in the MedTech field.
- Proven ability to drive relationship-based sales and grow existing accounts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across North America.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a Client Partner, Onsite Coordinator, or Senior Program Manager with a demonstrated passion for sales.
- Experience working with global teams and a strong understanding of international regulatory frameworks.
