Regional Supervisor

Location: Chicago, IL
THIS POSITION CAN BE BASED IN OHIO, MICHIGAN, INDIANA, ILLINOIS OR WISCONSIN
The Regional Supervisor is responsible for planning and leading the operations of all stores within the assigned region, including full profit and loss responsibility. They will work within the company's objectives to achieve regional and area goals, ensuring operational efficiency and a positive, team-oriented environment.
The Regional Supervisor will collaborate with Store Managers to ensure their development and provide exceptional customer experiences in our galleries. This role offers diverse responsibilities, allowing you to broaden your skill set and advance your career.
Job Responsibilities
● Provide leadership to store teams, focusing on:
● Cultivating a culture that upholds core values
● Ensuring fair administration of human resources policies and practices
● Creating creative, fun, and friendly store environments for superior customer service
● Supporting Store Managers in achieving individual and store sales goals
● Driving annual sales growth in the region to meet or exceed company targets
● Maximizing the utilization of tools in each store and market to deliver superior product demonstrations and services
● Planning and executing company objectives effectively
● Optimizing performance and productivity through smart store scheduling
● Consistently maintaining sufficient staffing levels through proactive recruitment, selection, and onboarding
● Protecting company assets through loss prevention and expense efficiencies
● Continuous development of talent in areas such as merchandising display efforts, store growth, training and development, employee relations, customer service, systems, events, and classes
● Communicating area and regional priorities consistently and effectively to store teams

You Bring:
● Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or a related field, or equivalent experience
● Minimum of 4 years of multi-unit retail management experience with increasing levels of responsibility and a proven track record in high-ticket item sales is preferred
● Must reside within the assigned region
● Experience in Client Relationships-Full Customer Lifecycle Environment from Prospecting to Post-Purchase/ Personal Goal Setting/Individual performances
● Proficiency in general office equipment (computer, calculator, copier, telephone), POS systems, Google Suite, and/or MS Office applications
● Knowledge and Skills
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
● Strong interpersonal and customer service communication skills, even when managing remotely
● Strong organizational and leadership skills
● Strong analytical abilities
