REGIONAL OPERATIONS MANAGER

POSITION AVAILABLE IN NORTHEAST/MID-ATLANTIC REGION
The Regional Operations Manager will be responsible for planning and overseeing the operations of all stores in the assigned area. This includes full profit and loss responsibility, ensuring alignment with company objectives, and working towards regional and area goals. The successful candidate will utilize their skills and experience to create an efficient and positive team environment.
The Regional Operations Manager will collaborate with Store Managers to ensure their continuous development and provide exceptional customer experiences. This role is dynamic and multifaceted, providing an opportunity for professional growth.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Achieve individual and store sales goals through effective store leadership
  • Drive annual sales growth in the area to meet or exceed company targets
  • Efficiently utilize tools in each store to demonstrate products and services effectively
  • Plan and execute company objectives effectively
  • Maximize performance and productivity through sensible store scheduling
  • Maintain sufficient staffing levels through proactive recruitment, selection, and onboarding
  • Protect company assets through loss prevention and expense efficiencies
  • Continuously develop talent in areas such as merchandising, employee relations, customer service, and more
  • Communicate area and regional priorities effectively to store teams

You Bring:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of multi-unit retail management experience, preferably with high-ticket items
  • Reside within the area/region of responsibility
  • Experience with client relationships and personal goal setting
  • Proficiency in using general office equipment and software applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and customer service communication skills
  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities
  • Strong analytical skills
