Job Title: Electrical Mechanical Industrial Maintenance Technician (swing shift)
- This position requires working five days per week on a rotating swing shift, with twelve hours per day. Employees will have a block of six consecutive days off every three weeks.
- The hourly pay for this position can go up to $29.50.
- Requirements for this role include an electrical mechanical degree or a related field, experience in electro-mechanical maintenance, PLC experience, and AC and DC drive experience.

Job Description:
This opportunity is for a full-time, permanent position as an Electrical Mechanical Industrial Maintenance Professional at an innovative paper product manufacturing company located in the De Pere, WI area. Employees work a rotating twelve-hour shift for five days, followed by a block of six days off every three weeks, providing ample time for relaxation.
- Responsibilities include working the rotating twelve-hour shift pattern with six consecutive days off every three weeks.
- Performing electro-mechanical maintenance on various paper product making machinery.
- Working with AC and DC drives.
- Operating and troubleshooting Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs).
Candidate Requirements:
- Ability to work the rotating twelve-hour shift pattern with six consecutive days off every three weeks.
- An electrical mechanical or related degree.
- Prior electro-mechanical maintenance experience.
- Experience working with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs).
- Familiarity with AC and DC drives.
- Flexibility to travel occasionally (approximately every other month for two days as needed).
- Availability to work on Saturdays, if necessary.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- A proven track record of stable employment without multiple short-term jobs.
- Must be a United States citizen or possess a Green Card.
- Residence within a 45-minute commute to the De Pere, WI area.
