Responsibilities for this position include:
- Providing excellent telephone support to ensure customer satisfaction
- Assisting customers with parts orders and returns
- Collaborating with various internal teams to create accurate quotes for parts
- Processing orders and returns efficiently

- At least three years of customer support experience
- A minimum of three years in project management
- Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and fluid power concepts
- A mechanical aptitude
- Excellent communication skills
- A stable work history
- Residence within a 45-minute commute
