- This position requires a minimum of four years of experience in technical support or field service, particularly in hydraulics, drives, PLCs, and electrical and mechanical systems
- The salary for this position is up to $72,000 per year
- Applicants must be either United States citizens or Green Card holders
- This is a full-time position which does not offer remote work
- Candidates will be hired as permanent W-2 employees and will receive full benefits

This is a full-time opportunity for a Technical Support Field Service Advisor at a financially stable, employee-owned company. Travel is not required for this position. The responsibilities of the successful candidate include:
- Engaging with vendors and customers through verbal and written communication
- Promptly responding to incoming phone calls
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance
- Supporting and managing project workflow
- Collaborating with customers, parts, and service teams to resolve issues
- Generating work orders and invoices
- Billing and invoicing customers
- Assisting service managers as needed
- Participating in service scheduling, if required
- Managing Return Merchandise Authorizations
- Contributing to training sessions for service employees
- Training others as necessary
Ideal candidates for this position should possess the following qualifications:
- At least four years of technical support or field service experience in hydraulics, drives, PLCs, mechanical and electrical systems
- Proficiency in reading and understanding engineering drawings
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- At least four years of experience in customer support
- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
- Strong work history demonstrating reliability and commitment
- Must be a US citizen or possess a green card
- Residence should be within a 45-minute commute
