Location: Mc Farland, WI

Electronics Embedded Electrical Designer Engineer (NPD)

A four-year degree in electrical engineering or a related field is required, along with at least two years of experience in electrical engineering or electronics engineering, and one year of experience in embedded firmware design.
Salary is up to $135,000.
Candidates must be United States citizens or Green Card holders.
This is not a remote position and requires onsite work from Monday to Friday.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
  • Developing new products
  • Solving complex electrical engineering and electronic engineering problems
  • Designing and analyzing circuits
  • Creating PCB designs
  • Developing embedded software
  • Project oversight
  • Assisting sales, marketing, and customers
  • Providing training
  • Traveling up to 10% (mostly in Wisconsin)
  • Prototyping
  • Performing field and lab testing
  • Documenting work
  • Communicating verbally and in writing
The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:
  • A four-year degree in electrical engineering or electronics engineering, with related internship experience
  • Two or more years of experience in electrical engineering or electronics engineering
  • One or more years of experience in embedded firmware design
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • A well-written and thoughtful resume that showcases exceptional written communication skills
  • A passion for engineering
  • A strong work ethic
  • The ability to learn new material quickly
