Electronics Sales Specialist

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity for an Electronics Sales Specialist at a custom OEM mobile electronics manufacturing company. The work environment is relaxed and informal, located in a newer, clean, and climate-controlled facility in a rural area. The company values its employees and offers flexible work schedules. Once familiar with the job, most sales team members have the option to work remotely. The position offers flexibility in work hours. The responsibilities of the successful candidate will include:
- Making sales calls to both potential and existing customers
- Approximately 40% travel within the United States (limited international travel may be required)
- Utilizing Salesforce software to manage sales activities
- Gathering information to address customer's electronic application needs
- Creating cost estimates, project timelines, and customer quotes
- Collaborating with vendors
- Managing projects
- Using Epicor Enterprise Resource Planning software
- Working with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
To be considered for this position, the successful candidate must have the following qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree
- At least two years of sales engineering experience, specifically in electronics
- Familiarity with electronic circuits, printed circuit boards, and electronic assemblies
- The ability to travel up to 40% of the time within the United States (some international travel may be required)
- A stable employment history with a minimum of three years at previous employers
- Either a United States citizen or a Green Card holder
- A residence within a 45-minute commute of the job location
