What we are seeking:
•Bachelor's degree in Nursing, preferably with a Master's degree.
•Must be a Registered Nurse in the state of Washington.
•At least three years of experience in Employee Health is preferred.
Hours and compensation:
•This position is full time with day shift hours starting at 6 a.m.
•Salary range is between $45.68 and $61.48 per hour, depending on experience.
•We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including up to $5,000 in relocation assistance.
Responsibilities include:
•Providing comprehensive employee and occupational health services for all Healthcare locations, which involve ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal standards, implementing employee safety and wellness programs, providing health education and guidance to employees, and maintaining records and systems for employee health programs.
•Maintaining all relevant health data on employees and ensuring timely completion of required activities such as fit testing, immunizations, and titers. Notifying department leaders when activities are past due.
•Administering immunizations to staff.
•Ordering and maintaining an adequate supply of necessary items for the service.
•Providing information to update health and safety procedures, policies, and orders as required.
•Monitoring data for reporting to state and federal agencies.
•Following up on employee injuries and exposures, making recommendations to prevent future occurrences, and providing counseling as needed based on staff test reports.
•Implementing strategies, under the direction of the Chief Human Resources Officer, to enhance employee productivity and overall health and safety. Collaborating with others to develop a return-to-work program for employee injuries.
•Supporting Human Resources in discussions related to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and making recommendations.
•Serving as a resource to management, staff, and providers on employee health and safety issues.
•Ensuring personal and others' safety by following work practices and policies, including knowledge of security, MSDS, equipment, infection control, fire safety, disaster response, safe lifting, and body mechanics.
•Complying with organization policies and procedures, as well as labor agreements.
•Maintaining courteous and efficient communication with team members and other support groups, in line with the organization's values.
•Demonstrating professionalism in all interactions and ensuring personal appearance aligns with organizational standards.
•Handling additional responsibilities assigned by management to meet organizational standards.

•This position reports to the Chief Human Resources Officer and works closely with all departments to meet the organization's Employee Health & Safety needs.
