Labor Law Attorney
Note: This role requires the presence of employees at the Roseland, NJ office five days a week. Limited hybrid work arrangements may be considered.

Responsibilities
- Offer legal guidance to employers on workplace issues like discipline, termination, accommodations, and compliance with wage and hour laws
- Draft and review employment-related documents such as handbooks, contracts, and policies
- Represent clients in hearings before state and local administrative bodies
- Conduct workplace investigations and provide strategic advice on risk mitigation
- Collaborate with clients on compliance with employment laws and preventive measures
- Handle both advisory and litigation-avoidance tasks
Requirements
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Active New Jersey law license
- Minimum 5 years of labor law experience
- Experience in advising employers and drafting employment-related documents
- Familiarity with state and federal labor laws
- Excellent communication, analytical, and writing skills
