Position: Employment Law Attorney

Our client is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Employment Law Attorney to join our team. This important role requires a professional with a solid background in managing various employment-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing legal representation and advice to employers on a range of employment issues including employment litigation, employee policies, and training.
• Creating and overseeing employment contracts and agreements.
• Offering daily legal counsel on employment matters, ensuring compliance with wage and hour laws, and managing leave administration.
• Handling litigation cases in both state and federal courts with exceptional proficiency.

Preferred Additional Experience:

• Experience in handling employment class action and wage and hour collective/class actions.
• Experience conducting internal and governmental investigations.
• Experience in employee benefits litigation and labor relations.
