Head of ENT Department / Otolaryngology Physician

Location: Ithaca, NY

Salary: $500K+ with $100K Signing Bonus and $15K Relocation Allowance

Our healthcare organization is seeking a highly skilled MD/DO with Board Certification in ENT and at least 5 years of experience in the field. As the Head of ENT Department, you will oversee a thriving ENT program that provides comprehensive services, including head & neck surgery, otology, and laryngology. Your leadership will be supported by a collaborative team of specialists, advanced practice providers, and a strong referral network. The successful candidate will also have a passion for mentoring, program development, and building a team-oriented culture.

  • Experience in developing junior staff and faculty is required.
  • A proven track record of academic achievements and professional service is necessary to ensure the continued success and growth of the ENT program.
  • Join a high-volume, well-established practice that offers sub-specialty support for adult patients (Head & Neck, Rhinology, and Otology), as well as general specialty services for pediatric patients.
