Annual Salary: Over $500,000 with a $100,000 Signing Bonus and $15,000 in Relocation Assistance
We are seeking a MD/DO with Board Certification and at least 5 years of experience in ENT. The ideal candidate will lead our well-established ENT program, which offers a wide range of services including head & neck surgery, otology, and laryngology. They will collaborate with a team of specialists, advanced practice providers, and a strong referral network. The successful candidate should be committed to mentoring, program development, and fostering a team-oriented culture.
- Experience in developing junior staff/faculty
- Strong track record of academic accomplishments and professional service
- High-volume, well-established practice
- Sub-specialty program support for adult patients (Head & Neck, Rhinology, and Otology) and general specialty services for pediatric patients
