EHS Site Manager

Job Description
- Act as the EHS leader at the site
- Oversee strategic and technical aspects of all EHS programs and policies
- Manage regulatory audits, incident investigations, and corrective actions
- Lead risk assessments, hazard analysis, and emergency response planning
- Supervise hazardous waste, chemical handling, and contractor safety
- Provide EHS training to employees and support safety engagement
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and state/local regulations
- Monitor and report safety metrics, EHS audits, and regulatory submissions
- Establish and maintain essential documentation including SWPPP, SPCC, and GPP plans
- Utilize Cority or similar EHS software for documentation and reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in EHS, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of EHS experience in a chemical manufacturing environment
- Effective leadership and communication skills
- Thorough understanding of OSHA and EPA standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EHS platforms (e.g., Cority)
- Experience in managing audits, investigations, and compliance reporting
