Plant Environmental Engineer

Location: Winter Haven, FL
Looking for a Plant Environmental Engineer with a strong academic background in engineering or environmental science and at least 2 years of experience in industrial environmental compliance, specifically focused on air and waste management. The ideal candidate will have a problem-solving mindset, flexibility, and enjoy working in a plant environment.
This role will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring plant compliance with federal, state, and local regulations regarding environmental programs. Preferred qualifications include experience in environmental compliance within a manufacturing or industrial setting, familiarity with ISO 14001 or similar EMS implementation and maintenance, knowledge of air pollution control operations, water treatment operations, hazardous waste, and radiation, RCRA waste generation, storage, and proper disposal, experience with Title V and/or NPDES permitting, and willingness to relocate for potential future career opportunities.
