HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
- As the Oracle EBS ERP Functional Manager, you will report to the VP of Process Improvement and be responsible for leading the implementation of new system/functionality for our business partners.
- You will guide and supervise a team of 2-3 experienced Business Analysts and Technical System Analysts, overseeing complex projects and managing their performance and development.
- Your understanding of Oracle EBS R12 and technical expertise will be crucial in ensuring the efficiency and reliability of our ERP systems, specifically in modules such as Financials, Procurement, Order Management, Receivables, and Manufacturing.
- You will be involved in performance improvement initiatives, optimizing cost and reliability in our Back Office and Supply Chain functions, while also maintaining security and compliance standards.
- You will support our Enterprise Applications and Integrations with other platforms and ensure the management of knowledge base and level 2 support for existing applications.
- Your role will involve analyzing business requests and recommending solutions, as well as prioritizing tasks and removing barriers for your team members.
- You will also collaborate with other IT leaders to optimize resource utilization and team productivity, while ensuring the application of Change Management processes.
- You have over 10 years of experience in Oracle EBS ERP systems (specifically EBS R12) and at least 5 years of experience in a similar leadership position. Oracle ERP certification is preferred.
- You have a proven track record of successfully managing and leading employees through complex projects, including scope management, timeline definition, reporting, and documentation of requirements and test plans.
- Your experience includes developing and managing high-performing teams and a deep understanding of Oracle EBS R12 modules, along with technical knowledge of AR, Order Processing, and Procure to Pay modules/cycles.
- You possess a strong familiarity with ERP security and compliance best practices, and exposure to other platforms such as payment processing, financial systems, demand/supply planning, and transportation/fleet management is desirable.
- You have international deployment experience with back office or supply chain systems in NA and EU markets, as well as a working knowledge of PLSQL.
- Your effective communication and interpersonal skills enable you to collaborate with various stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors. You also have experience in Agile or Waterfall project environments, and a Project Management certification is desired.
- You hold a Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field, and a Master's degree is preferred. You must currently reside within a reasonable daily commute to Tampa, FL or be willing to relocate with company assistance upon hire. Additionally, you must be legally authorized to work in the USA without any form of sponsorship.
