Please Note: This role requires employees to be present at the Sacramento or Auburn office five days a week (as per the firm's requirements).

Role Summary
- Assess estate planning needs and provide recommendations to prospective and existing clients.
- Draft and review estate planning documents in alignment with client objectives and current laws.
- Guide clients through the process, including fee discussions and payment collection.
- Conduct meetings to review, update, and finalize estate plans.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, meetings, and legal documents.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone and email.
- Collaborate with financial advisors and other professionals to offer comprehensive estate planning solutions.
- Stay abreast of estate planning, trust, and probate laws for compliance and best practices.
- Participate in attorney meetings and firm-wide discussions on complex cases and legal updates.
Requirements
- Active California State Bar license.
- At least 3 years of experience in estate planning.
- Thorough understanding of estate, gift, and income tax laws.
- State Bar Certified Specialist in Trusts, Wills & Probate is preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and client management skills.
- Proficiency in legal technology and case management systems.
