Location: Northeast of Madison, WI
Experienced Commercial Building Construction HVAC Sales Estimator
- Require a minimum of five years of experience in estimating and sales for commercial construction
- Must have three or more years of experience in Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning
- Base salary ranges from $50,000 to $65,000 per year with commission potential exceeding $100,000
- Applicants must be either a United States citizen or a Green Card holder
- Opportunity for remote work but travel to client sites throughout Wisconsin is necessary
- This is a full-time permanent position with full benefits and W-2 employment

- Generating business through phone calls
- Traveling to client sites within the State of Wisconsin (typically without overnight stays)
- Meeting with clients to establish and nurture relationships
- Estimating and creating competitive bids for various contracts
- Collaborating with both the construction division and the service division
Qualifications for the successful candidate include:
- Five years of experience in estimating and sales for commercial construction
- Three years of experience in Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning
- Ability to travel to client sites within the State of Wisconsin (typically without overnight stays)
- Solid work history
- Must be a US citizen or possess a green card
- Reside within a 45-minute proximity
