Position Overview

• Provide legal advice and representation in a variety of family law matters.
• Conduct legal research, prepare documents, and represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure efficient case management and resolution.

Role Responsibilities

• Offer expert legal counsel in areas such as divorce, custody, support, and property division.
• Conduct thorough legal research and present compelling legal arguments.
• Attend court hearings, trials, and negotiations to advocate for clients effectively.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in client communications.
• Stay informed about developments in family law to provide accurate advice.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Arizona state bar admission in good standing.
• At least 1 year of experience in family law, with a focus on complex cases. Preferably 3+ years of experience.
• Preferably strong courtroom experience and knowledge of family law principles.
• Excellent research, writing, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage a high caseload and effectively prioritize tasks.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.
