Primary Care Physician - Four Day Work Week

Location: El Paso, TX

SEEKING FAMILY MEDICINE OR INTERNAL MEDICINE PROFESSIONAL IN EL PASO, TEXAS

  • Comprehensive Clinical Support
  • Current team consists of 8 providers, including Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)
  • Established patient base

Benefits: Family Medicine

  • Starting salary of $260,000 in year 1, with an increase to $300,000 in year 2
  • Sign-on bonus/relocation assistance of $25,000
  • Health insurance, life insurance, and vision packages available
  • 401(k) retirement plan with employer match of 4%

Job/Practice Description: Family Medicine

  • Primarily outpatient care
  • Well-established support staff and infrastructure
  • Work with an average of 20 patients per day
  • Focus on adult medicine, with limited pediatric cases

Professional Background: Family Medicine

  • Required qualifications: MD or DO degree
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
  • If Board Eligible, must be able to obtain certification within a year
  • Must be licensed in the state of Texas or in the process of obtaining a license
  • New graduates are highly encouraged to apply!
