Field Sales Account Specialist – Retail Distribution

  • A High School Diploma is required (Associate's/Bachelor's in Business strongly preferred)
  • 1+ year of direct retail/management experience working with store managers, OR 3-5 years in retail, sales, or account management is mandatory
  • Valid Driver's License and clean driving record is a must
  • Maximum annual salary: $80,000
  • Full-time, permanent W-2 employee position

  • Frequent travel required (daily, with 1-3 overnights per week); company vehicle provided
  • 100% onsite role (no remote/hybrid)
  • Position located in the DePere, Wisconsin area

In This Role, You Will:

  • Manage a dedicated sales route by visiting stores weekly, processing orders, handling credits, managing overstock, and ensuring product rotation
  • Establish crucial relationships with store staff, acting as the company's representative by conveying promotional messages
  • Independently collaborate with stores to suggest assortment enhancements and introduce potential growth opportunities
  • Maintain excellent customer relationships through consistent communication and cooperation with internal support teams

The Ideal Candidate Will Bring:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate's/Bachelor's in Business preferred)
  • 1+ year of direct retail/management experience with store managers, or 3-5 years in retail, sales, or account management (experience in food sales is advantageous)
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly self-motivated and disciplined, possessing strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Adaptable and willing to travel extensively on a multi-state route, including 1-3 overnights per week
