Salary: $50,000-55,000 per year (with bonus)
Job Summary: As a Field Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role within our Field Service Team. Your responsibilities will include estimating small service jobs, following up with customers on active quotations and orders, coordinating with the outside sales force on customer requests, processing purchase orders, job sheets, and customer invoices in a timely manner, communicating with Field Service Technicians, customers, and subcontractors regarding logistics and service job schedules, and successfully managing short-term projects. You will work closely with the Service Business Specialist and Field Service Manager to support the current and long-term growth of our company.

Qualifications:
o Bachelor's degree in Business preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
o Previous experience in construction or general contracting is advantageous
o Knowledge of estimating or bidding work is a plus
o Minimum typing speed of 50 words per minute with at least 90% accuracy
o Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
o Industry background in construction, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, with experience in both field and office settings
o Familiarity with bidding, quoting, problem-solving, parts ordering, and customer service
o Experience in deploying field service technicians
o Ability to read blueprints
o Proficiency in dealing with discounts, percentages, proportions, and currency conversion
o Strong analytical and communication skills
o Excellent presentation and customer service interaction abilities

Responsibilities:
o Provide comprehensive support to the service business and opportunities throughout the Americas
o Handle customer requests on a daily basis, including providing price and availability information, and updating customers on the status of quotes, orders, and shipments
o Communicate with customers primarily through phone and email to determine project specifications related to service capabilities
o Prepare quotes and provide technical documents to customers as required
o Regularly follow up on active quotations and collaborate with the outside sales team, Market Development Managers, or other parties to enhance chances of winning business
o Maintain accurate and complete customer records in Navpoint during and after customer interactions
o Develop a basic understanding of products and their applications
o Collect and record details related to pending, active, and completed service projects and sales orders
o Coordinate with the Field Service Group, Sales, and customers to schedule and complete service jobs
o Conduct outbound calls and emails to follow up with customers, qualify leads, prospect, and engage in other business development activities
o Limited travel may be required for trade shows, customer facility visits, or job site visits to support customers, acquire knowledge, or address field issues
o After initial training, the position may allow for hybrid work from home 2 days a week
