Mobile Field Operations Manager

Location: Little Chute, WI

We are currently seeking a Mobile Field Operations Manager to join our team in Little Chute, WI. This position requires regular travel, with approximately 80% to 90% of the time spent on-field projects in the United States, Mexico, and Canada. The duration of these projects typically ranges from three to six months, but you will be able to return home every two to three weeks for weekends.

  • Candidates for this role should have at least 10 years of experience in a management position, with a focus on field erection and sheet metal work.
  • We offer a competitive salary of up to $140,000 along with per diem and bonus incentives for well-qualified candidates.
  • Applicants must be either United States citizens or Green Card holders.
  • This is a full-time, permanent position as a W-2 employee with full benefits.
  • While our company is located in Little Chute, Wisconsin, candidates from any location are eligible as the majority of your time will be spent at customer sites.

The Field Service department consists of a team of 16 individuals, including controls engineers, a service coordinator, and a designer. As the Mobile Field Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Traveling extensively to oversee on-site projects and ensure their successful completion.
  • Managing the construction of entire sites.
  • Collaborating with customers and contractors to meet project requirements and schedules.
  • Maintaining a safe working environment throughout all projects.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact and project manager for field service operations.

To be considered for this position, you should meet the following qualifications:

  • Availability and willingness to travel extensively (80% to 90% of the time) within the United States, Mexico, and Canada, with periodic returns home.
  • At least 10 years of experience in a management role, preferably in field operations.
  • Prior experience with field erection and sheet metal work.
  • A stable work history, demonstrating reliability and commitment.
  • Must be a US citizen or possess a valid Green Card.
