Responsibilities:
- Rapid response to client requests for equipment repairs
- Knowledge of electrical components and ability to troubleshoot
- Installation and configuration of software and confirming IP addresses
- Exposure to PLC controllers and Camera Inspection equipment
- Confident decision making to resolve equipment issues
An on-site training program to enhance current knowledge and daily support from the Service Manager and other field technicians.
Job Description:
Providing technical service through phone, email, and in-person to clients with service contract. Diagnosing, repairing, and documenting equipment repairs. Must be calm under pressure, independent, and resourceful in troubleshooting and repairs on-site. May be required to train clients, move, install, and repair equipment, as well as train operators on basic use and maintenance.
Extensive Product Training:

Final training may require time at company headquarters. The equipment consists of electro-mechanical printing equipment used for producing commercial-grade quality and quantities.
