Milling/Turning CNC Machine Operator

Location: Big Bend, WI
Mill/Turn CNC Machine Operator - First Shift
  • To be considered, a minimum of 2 years of machining experience operating CNC lathes or mills, with at least 1 year of set-up experience and a strong understanding of blueprints, GD&T, and G&M codes is required.
  • Work hours are Monday through Friday, from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.
  • Hourly pay rate can go up to $40.
  • Applicants must be either United States citizens or Green Card holders.
  • This position does not offer remote work.
  • It is a full-time, permanent W-2 employee position with full benefits.
  • The job does not involve relocation.
  • Located in the Big Bend, Wisconsin area.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
  • Working first shift, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
  • Operating CNC lathes accurately according to specifications
  • Utilizing various measuring instruments
  • Performing tool set up
  • Adjusting tool page offsets
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
  • Documenting work as required
Applicants must possess the following qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience operating and setting up lathes or mills
  • Strong ability to interpret blueprints
  • Familiarity with GD&T and G&M codes
  • Adherence to safety protocols
  • Proficiency with gauging and various measuring instruments
  • Stable work history
  • Must be a US citizen or hold a Green Card
  • Reside within a 45-minute commute
