General Manager – Multi-Unit QSR Franchise (NJ, NY, MD, PA)
$80K–$85K Base + Monthly Bonuses + Annual Profit Share + Full Benefits

We are a successful chain of 10 Quick-Service Restaurant (QSR) Franchise locations in New Jersey, New York, Maryland, and Pennsylvania. In our expansion, we seek a dynamic and seasoned General Manager to lead one of our busiest stores.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of 40+ individuals to provide consistent, top-notch service and create a welcoming atmosphere for every customer.

• Oversee all aspects of store operations—from customer satisfaction to food standards, team growth to profitability.

• Enhance store performance through strategic planning, accurate forecasting, and financial accountability.

• Mentor, educate, and cultivate your team to operate effectively and surpass expectations.

• Maintain full adherence to ServSafe regulations, cleanliness standards, and brand protocols.

• Lead local marketing campaigns and community engagements to increase foot traffic and foster repeat business.

Your Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience as a General Manager in a high-volume QSR or fast-casual dining setting.

• Demonstrated expertise in recruiting, nurturing, and guiding strong teams.

• Solid understanding of budgeting, inventory management, scheduling, cost control, and P&L oversight.

• Hands-on leadership approach with the ability to inspire excellence and foster accountability.

• ServSafe Certification (or willingness to obtain).

• Available to work a flexible 5-day schedule with 10-hour shifts.

What You'll Receive:

• Base Salary: $80,000–$85,000 with Weekly Compensation

• Monthly Bonus Program: $1,000–$1,500

• Annual Profit Sharing ("Partners in Profit"): $7,000–$8,000
