Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Oversee and manage all day-to-day operations.
  • Develop and implement growth strategies and goals.
  • Manage budgets and optimize expenditures.
  • Establish policies and implement efficient processes.
  • Ensure employee productivity and professional development.
  • Oversee recruitment and training of new employees.
  • Evaluate and improve operational and financial performance.
  • Supervise the employee assessment process.
  • Generate regular reports for upper management.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Provide effective solutions to issues such as declining profits, employee conflicts, and loss of business to competitors.
  • Review and establish control points in manufacturing processes, implementing inspection plans and quality specifications.
  • Collaborate with operators, inspectors, customers, suppliers, and Process Engineering to address questions or issues arising from daily operations.
  • Monitor the daily status of factory orders and ensure timely delivery.

Requirements:

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain focus and accuracy in highly detailed work.
  • Ability to produce high-quality work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in FMEA, C&E Matrix, Detail Process and Value Stream Mapping, Root Cause Analysis, and Error Proofing tools.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100A standards.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, including statistical data analysis and interpretation, as well as the ability to develop, implement, and lead improvement plans and project teams to successful completion.
  • Strong background in using and understanding key quality and manufacturing performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, along with strong planning and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Due to ITAR requirements, applicants must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.

Education:

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

· Alternatively, 6-10 years of technical work experience in electronics manufacturing/engineering or a related field

Experience:

· Prior experience within printed circuit board (PCB) or electronics manufacturing environments.

  • 3-5+ years of experience as a Manager or Supervisor
