The position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is available at our company in Conyers, GA. As CEO, you will have overall responsibility for the operations of the business. This includes a strong focus on the performance and profitability of our corrugated packaging manufacturing facility. You will be responsible for managing production, personnel, safety guidelines, and reporting. Additionally, you will oversee the overall quality and cost of our products, while collaborating with our sales team to ensure success in regional sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the profitability of the plant and meet all safety and quality requirements

• Create and implement business plans that align with company goals and strategic vision

• Build a high performing team and work together to drive positive change within the organization

• Lead and implement continuous improvement initiatives that support the strategic direction of the business

• Develop partnerships and collaborate effectively with our commercial/sales team to identify opportunities for facility growth and maintain relationships with key customers

• Oversee and improve facility production to achieve optimum efficiency and meet divisional objectives

• Form strong alliances with other business units, sales, logistics, production, safety, and quality managers to better serve our customers

• Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Engineering

• Required: At least 5 years of progressive management experience in a Corrugated Packaging facility, with a minimum of 3 years in operations/production management

• Demonstrated knowledge of capital management, including P&L and capital budgets, as well as analyzing financial data

• Ability to initiate projects to increase profitability, anticipate potential problems, and make corrections as needed
